I had a man come in and ask for gift boxes yesterday and when I told him that we unfortunately ran out, he yelled at me saying we were probably just hiding them from him and that we did not want to give them away. I tried to explain that we really did run out but he got angry and left mumbling in anger.
I’ve seen this error a little too often
costumer
is not the same as
customer
Actually, if you work at a fabric store, a lot of your customers are, in fact, costumers. :P
