I would kick the shit out of her then send her to live on the streets of Jakarta for a month. Then see how fucking progressive asian cultures are. A penchant for idolatry amongst seeing things in good pr bad rather than for what they are is the worst kind of ignorance.

Oh, god, my old roommate was like that.  She thought that everything in Asia (specifically, Japan, but she said these things as if they applied to the entire continent) came straight from Jesus’ heavenly glowing asshole.
